GLUTEN & DAIRY FREE PIZZA
1 Udi’s Gluten Free Pizza Crust
2 New Jersey tomatoes, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
3-4 fresh basil leaves, chopped
3-4 tablespoon goat cheddar cheese, grated #2 cone
3-4 tablespoon Pecorino Romano, grated #1 cone (made from sheep’s milk)
Preheat oven to 375°F. Top Pizza crust with tomatoes, garlic, spinach, basil and goat cheese.
To serve, sprinkle with Romano cheese
