Preheat large frypan over medium-high heat.
Place
skinless chicken breast-side down in the pan, reduce heat to medium.
Cover the pan and leave vent open or leave cover slightly ajar. Cook 10
minutes on one side until browned, turn the chicken over, cover and
cook for another 5-7 minutes or until done.
Place
on serving dish. Squeeze the fresh lemon over the chicken and sprinkle
it with sesame seeds and oregano. Serve Immediately. |
