5 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup (180 ml) olive oil
1/2 cup (120 ml) balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup (80 ml) red wine
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon sweet basil
1 tablespoon parsley

Mix traditional salad ingredients with small can of sliced olives and 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan. Mix all dressing ingredients together in covered jar. Shake to blend. Pour desired amount of dressing over top and toss to coat.
