Serves: 10 to 12
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Equipment: 1 gallon liquid container, rotary food cutter
Makes ¾ gallon
half to whole bottle 750ml Don Q Cristal white rum
2 13.5 oz. coconut milk
2 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk.
4 8.5 oz. coco Lopez
Coconut for garnish, grated #1 cutting cone
Mix well. Chill in the refrigerator 3 to 4 hours before serving. Serve over ice with dash of cinnamon and nutmeg. Sprinkle with nutmeg, garnish rim with grated coconut and serve with cinnamon stick.
